Join William A. Gentry, Ph.D., enterprise associate/research scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), John J. Sosik, Ph.D., professor, management and organization, and MLD professor-in-charge, and MLD students and alumni to learn discover the enhancers and detractors of leadership development. The event will feature best practices for harnessing 360-degree feedback and training to develop leadership behaviors linked to the highest levels of individual, team, and organizational performances. Discussions will include how students and alumni of the MLD program have used these practices to promote positive change in their organizations and life.
